Registration

The Kingston Panthers is proudly the largest club in Eastern Ontario.  Our large membership boasts programs in 12 different age groups, for athletes ages 3 and up.

We offer training sessions in the winter season for Junior and Senior athletes to develop their skills and fitness with certified coaches.  In the summer we offer competitive and recreational programs for all our age divisions.

Information about our 2012 programs is below.

 

Winter (Indoor non-contact) Registration 2012

    • After a very positive response to winter training in 2012 the Kingston Panthers will again be offering indoor training sessions for our Junior and Senior members. New members are invited and encouraged to attend indoor training!
      • Cost –>Senior. $75.00 (includes 50.00 reduction on summer registration).
      • Cost–>Junior. $50.00 (includes 50.00 reduction on summer registration).
      • Location–> QECVI Gymnasium, 145 Kirkpatrick Street.
      • Dates–> Thursdays 6-8pm beginning Feb 9th.
      • Turf–> In March pre-season training will move to the Queen’s University turf field.
      • Returning members can show up with their registration fee on the first night.
      • New members must come with the registration fee and a Rugby Canada registration form filled out (see below)
      • Members not in good standing and members who do not bring the registration fee will not be allowed to participate.
    • These sessions will focus on ball handling, skill development and fitness and will be coached by a variety of our coaching staff.
    • Members who were not registered with Rugby Canada in 2011 will be required to pay a $40.00 registration fee to Rugby Ontario in addition to any costs of indoor training, and must fill out a Rugby Canada registration and insurance waiver (located on our downloads page).

    •  **NOTE** Pre-season indoor sessions are voluntary and are NOT a prerequisite for participation in summer rugby programs.

Summer Registration 2012

    • In 2012 the Kingston Panthers will be offering programs for both male and female athletes ages 3 and up.  Registration for the summer season will begin in February/March of 2012.  We will be posting more information regarding the cost of programs, payment and registration dates as they become available.
    • *New programs this summer*.
      • -U20 Men’s program
      • -U16 or U15 (TBA) girls program
      • -As per Rugby Canada  our current U14 minor rugby program will be changing to a full Junior’s program.  For more details contact us!
Registration Dates
    • -Minor and Junior Registration: Kingston Recreation and Leisure Fair, March 31 2012, Portsmouth Olympic Harbour. 9am-3pm.
    • -New this summer, Online registration will also be available for all programs, registration will open in March, stay tuned for information!

  • Minors (April 28th -June 2012)
    • U6 – (2006-2008)              *co-ed non-contact    Cost TBA
    • U8 –(2004-2005)               *co-ed non-contact    Cost TBA
    • U10 – (2002-2003)            *co-ed non-contact    Cost TBA
    • U12 – (2000-2001)            *co-ed contact              Cost TBA
  • Junior ( End of May- August 2012)
    • U14 boys – (1998-1999)                  $250.00
    • U15/16 girls – (1996-1998)            $250.00
    • U16 boys – (1997-1996)                  $250.00
    • U18 boys and girls (1994-1995)    $250.00
  • Senior Men (April-October 2012)
    • U20 Men – (1992-1993)                   $325.00
    • Senior Men – (1991 and older)      $375.00
    • Old Boys – (35 +)                                 TBA
  • Senior Women (April-August 2012)
    • U20 Women – (1992-1993)            $325.00
    • Senior Women – (1991 and up)     $375.00
